Suzuki is evaluating bringing in its Mondeo-rivalling Kizashi family car to the UK market this time next year. The Suzuki Kizashi is already sold in Japan, the US, Australia and New Zealand, but now European importers are beginning to sell the car on the Continent. It's already sold in Switzerland and Norway, German sales begin in winter 2010 and - if the trial goes well - UK sales could kick off in autumn 2011.
Porsche has injected a little more flair into its SUV with the debut of the Cayenne GTS Design Edition 3. Following the Cayman S and Boxster S Design Editions, the Cayenne receives a thorough visual makeover from the Porsche Design Studio. Designers began by covering the Cayenne’s sheetmetal with lava grey metallic paint with three design stripes down the center of the hood and one stripe along the lower door panels.
It was a solid year for Ferrari in the burgeoning Chinese car market in 2010, as the Italian dream maker racked up its most impressive sales in that country with a tally of 300 cars. Sales were up almost 50 percent compared with 2009 results.
